This bean goulash is a special preview recipe from Jack Monroe’s new recipe book, out in February. As luck would have it, I had all the ingredients for this meal on hand – the best kind of recipe. It smelt incredible while it was cooking and didn’t disappoint in the eating!
And I have lots of left overs for the freezer. I would have served it on rice if I had had any, but cous cous will do just as well. I definitely recommend it – not too spicy but a bit of a kick from the paprika, and a great way to use up the half tin of baked beans I had sitting in the fridge.
